Awesome Pen Illustrations by Hakuchi

Awesome Pen Illustrations by Hakuchi

When you hear ball-point pin, what do you think of? A typical black or blue office pin, perhaps a bank logo on the side, just laying on you desk – not too exciting, right? Yet, that’s exactly the tool used to create these fantastically wicked looking illustrations. Okay, maybe the artist didn’t use your typical Bic office pen, but still, it’s simply three colored ink on paper and the results are pretty crazy.

There’s plenty to say about each illustration with so much going on, but a brief synopsis might be better. The use of three colors, combined with violent  or punk rock images and a heavy Japanese influence, personify the theme. Rocking out Kimono clad devils, samurai ball players and diced up anime school girls make up a gallery that’s visually stimulating in nearly every aspect. Artist Hakuchi has created some pretty awesome looking illustrations here.
